Quitly helps users reduce or quit smoking by tracking their daily cigarette usage and progress.
Quitly does not provide medical advice.
3. Accounts
- Optional account creation using email or Google Sign-In
- Users must be 16 years or older
- Users are responsible for keeping login information secure
- Accounts can be deleted at any time
4. Advertisements
Quitly is primarily ad-supported.
Ad content is provided through third-party networks and may depend on your consent (in certain regions).
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Manipulate or falsify smoking data
- Abuse advertising systems
6. Intellectual Property
All Quitly content, design, and code are owned by SlowBud.
Users may not copy or redistribute the app’s content without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Medical Liability
Quitly is a motivational tool, not a medical device.
For medical advice, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SlowBud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- SlowBud is only liable for intentional misconduct or gross negligence
- Nothing limits liability for injury to life, body, or health
(This clause is fully compliant with German §309 BGB.)
9. Termination
- You may delete your account anytime
- We may suspend accounts violating these Terms
10. Governing Law
If you are located in Europe, these terms are governed by the laws of Germany, while mandatory consumer protections in your home country still apply (Art. 6 Rome I).
For global users, local consumer laws may also apply.
